About Us

Establishing a New Standard for Supply Chain Visibility

TaaP was founded on a simple observation: verifying what a product is, where it's been, and whether it can be trusted across industries, borders, and regulatory environments has never had a unified solution. Until now.

Our Vision

A World Where Every Product's Journey Can Be Trusted

Every government, business, and consumer should be able to verify the origin, movement, and integrity of every product that reaches them. TaaP is the infrastructure built to make that possible: across industries, across borders, and at the scale global commerce demands.

We started with one of the most complex regulatory environments in the United States and proved that traceability at scale is achievable. Now we are applying that foundation globally, working with governments and enterprises to build supply chains that are visible, auditable, and trusted at every step.

Global Neutrality

We serve governments, industries, and consumers with equal integrity, ensuring the platform remains independent and impartial.

Innovation with Purpose

We continuously advance technology to make traceability scalable, accessible, and resilient, even in the most complex environments.

Compliance First

Regulations are not hurdles but foundations. We embed global standards and legal requirements into the platform from day one.

Company History

From a Single-State Pilot to Global Infrastructure

The founders of TaaP started their journey into regulated track and trace with Metrc, the leading government-mandated track and trace system for the legal cannabis industry in the United States. Under their leadership, Metrc grew from a single-state pilot into a national regulatory infrastructure trusted by over 400,000 licensed users and deployed across more than 20 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, processing billions of supply chain events annually.

20+ U.S. States Deployed
400K+ Licensed Users
15+ Years of Expertise

In building Metrc, the team solved one of the most complex compliance challenges in modern commerce: delivering a secure, scalable, and auditable platform that meets rigorous government oversight requirements while supporting thousands of businesses. Their decade-long collaboration with regulators, policymakers, and industry stakeholders honed a depth of expertise at the intersection of policy and technology that no other team can claim.

Today, that experience is being applied on a global scale. Built on more than 15 years of regulatory deployment, TaaP extends the same trusted foundation beyond a single industry or border, serving governments and enterprises across agriculture, mining, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and beyond.

Leadership

Built by People Who Set the Standard

TaaP was founded by the team that designed, built, and operated Metrc, the most trusted government-mandated track and trace system in the United States. That experience is the foundation of everything TaaP builds.
